I've only had it 3 days but it works great. I use it at work for protection, you can play recordings without headphones or computer to connect the USB cable, batteries last 8 hours or more. It has an on-screen time and date display, it has an SD card slot in case you need more storage space, you can delete or listen to your recordings at will through the speaker or alone with headphones. I like it more than personal cameras because the battery lasts for hours, you don't need a computer to access info from the dictaphone unless you want to transfer files, and you can be far or close to someone and they won't do know you're recording them. There is a lot to learn how to use it properly, but it works
