The best thing about this tool is its flexibility to integrate with all our tools. It can easily run both manual as well as automated tests in different environments like UAT/QA etc. This has made it easier for us to perform different types of testing from multiple locations across globe (India & US). There are some UI issues which we face while performing complex automation scenarios but nothing really serious at present. We have started implementing continuous integration using Jenkins instead of MSTest and TFS Build Agent. It makes life much easyer when you need to do cross platform automation. Automation management, reporting, tracking bugs etc were major concern before we adopted this product. With this tool, now these problems have been solved by few clicks away! The software is very easy to learn for new users as it has many features that are helpful in testing applications of any kind (mobile or desktop). It can also easily integrate with other soft wares like Salesforce which helps us out greatly when we need more than one product from different vendors integrated into our system at once! We have been able solve all issues related having multiple products being tested within this program without ever running across problems while using their service so far!!
