Review on CASIO W-800H-1A Wrist Watch by Gabriela Rogulska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

Convenient practical watch "for every day", inexpensive, but short-lived, in any case, my copy. A year and a half later, they began to drop at times at 12:00, then they stopped altogether. With its pros: 1. High accuracy (specifically my copy). With a passport accuracy of +/- 30 seconds per month, in reality, the clock went ahead by less than a second (!) Exactly one month. 2. Convenient large indicator that occupies the entire front surface of the watch. Everything essential can be seen immediately at a cursory glance (time, date, day of the week). 3. Long strap - convenient if you have a large wrist (but you need to put it on correctly by moving the loop on the strap if your wrist is small). 4. 10 years of operation from one battery (if you use the backlight for an average of no more than 1.5 seconds a day, it consumes the most energy). 5. Water resistant up to 100 meters (you can dive with a snorkel, but not with scuba). 6. Alarm clock/reminder, dual time mode, stopwatch, hour start beep. 7. The sound signal when pressing the buttons can be of three types: high, slightly lower and silent, depending on the button and the current clock mode. A trifle, but over time you get used to switching modes, turning the stopwatch on and off, and so on, without looking at the clock, which is convenient, for example, when playing sports. Cons: 1. The glass is mineral, not protected by the bezel, and protrudes above the case by a millimeter, hence the danger of scratches. 2. There is a backlight, but not like in the more expensive G-Shock, in which the entire screen is evenly lit. There is just an LED in the lower left corner, as a result, the backlight is slightly uneven (although everything is visible on the screen, and the minimum illumination falls on the upper right corner, where the alarm status indicators are located, which themselves still do not change).
