Double What? best in my review

I thought I was smarter than all the other reviewers that couldn't figure out how to double press the button and turn this on. I apologize, I should have listened to you. I could never get the charger to turn on. A double tap just managed to change the voltages again and again in a every more frustrating loop. Hold longer? That doesn't work either as that changes the battery type. I could never master the fine art of the Double Press and as a result, this poorly designed product is being returned. Maybe they should just add a second button next time.
