Good confinement and noise cancellation

After the pandemic hit and I started working entirely from home, I was very nervous that phone calls would damage my hearing all day and decided to go for this model. My previous model was a tethered Bose QC 15 which works really well but wears out a bit and needs a new AAA battery every week. somewhat restrictive. In any case, the concern was still related to the volume, which could be harmful. The Puro was new and had a really cool feature: noise cancellation and limiting the sound to 85db, which is the first setting (there's another one for volume if you really need it). My initial experience with these headphones wasn't great as I wondered if they were really worth $200. After using it for 7 months I think it was worth it and it's a good product, especially for a feature that no other phone has: the limit you can set on the volume. Pros: 1. Noise cancellation is excellent. So good that people ended up complaining that there was an alarm going off on my side that I couldn't hear myself2. The battery life is around 20 hours and I don't have to charge it every day3. 85dB noise cap setting that you can override by pressing the Now button Cons: 1. Headphones are comfortable enough, but they start to pinch you after 4-5 hours of continuous use.2. The top strap folds easily, but has sharp edges and you could pinch your fingers if you carelessly fold the earbuds3. There's no app or such a fancy feature, but you might not need it. So my conclusion: a good overall package. Is this part. Literally has some roughness.
