I found this item very disappointing. I probably saw something worthwhile in the advert, but I was wrong. First, this is a beautiful bag. Soft material, nice shoulder straps, pockets that need improvement BUT don't expect them to stand up to heavy travel or tossing around. I understand that I can be tough with the things I use every day, but I'm not that bloodthirsty. I bought this bag in mid-May (this year) and started traveling for work and vacation; Last weekend (June 25th) one of the front pockets zipped open when I tried to open it. Now the small pockets shown on the front do not fit a mobile phone or anything large, except small change, an asthma inhaler or even a hotspot fit perfectly. Use the pocket on the outside back of your phone case. One of the downsides of this bag is that the lining on the inside of the bag for the two large compartments is not secured along the top edge (except for the zip close to the edge). ) and often gets stuck in the flash. There are only three places to store stuff in these large compartments - two slip pockets in the front compartment (my phone didn't fit, but my cheap sunglasses did) and a zip pocket in another. Whatever you put in your bag just collects on the bottom. I like the bag with pockets - lots of pockets - lots of useful pockets; So my search continues for a bag that satisfies my odd need and desire not to dig into the bottom of the bag like I do in my kitchen trash drawer.
