I used to spend $250-$300 on a regulator. We've been using the first of these units for over a year now and I've just bought two more based on their performance. These are solid units and they have performed well. The thread quality of the fittings is good and shows minimal thread wear after 20-30 tank changes. The body is made of very durable brass and will withstand a drop or two. The sensors are decent with a metal body and molded rubber bumper - we didn't try to calibrate them, but they're better than the typical budget-quality plastic bodies I'd expect from a regulator at this price point.
