Exercise caution when running
I ran in these shoes ONCE and they so irritated the tendons behind my heels that they bled and soiled the shoes. I didn't realize it until after I finished my run and noticed a huge red stain on the back of the shoe's ankle. Be careful as the back tongue of the shoe is high up.
