Small complaints about the great keyboard

Good. I'll start with simple complaints. When I received it today on 08/12/2021. There were pencil marks or scratches on the key. And it won't go away after trying to clean it. The space bar, shift key, back key, and enter key made a small audible rattling noise, which was alarming since the other keys made soft and compact sounds when pressed. But overall the keyboard felt fantastic. I would love him so much more if none of these little ailments were visible.
