Review on 🌟 Enhanced Support Pillow for Spine and Neck: OPTP Original McKenzie Cervical Roll - (703) by Ebony Brown

I've slept without a pillow all my life but now I'm suffering from neck pain and headaches. My physical therapist recommended a cervical roll and got me to try the Mackenzie roll at the hospital. I really liked it, so I bought this one (despite the higher price). I was hoping it would be soft since it was called 'Original' and there was a photo of a person holding it, but it wasn't. He's still very firm. I estimate it shrinks to about 2.5 inches thick, which is far from tight to me. The bottom line is that a man can squeeze it tight, but a human neck can't. Now I'm sticking with it even though I've never broken the seal on the original packaging. A complete waste of money.
