I should have read the one star reviews before purchasing this product. I tried it for one night and the pain in my neck got so bad that I got very dizzy the next day. I can also say that the foam is unlikely to retain its firmness with prolonged use. I tried to return an item and the seller won't accept returns. This policy was also not clearly stated on the seller's side. The company must stand by its products, particularly those designed to treat chronic pain.

My neck used to hurt the most when I woke up in the morning. Problem solved! I LOVE this pillow! I put this pillow roll under the pillowcase. On top of the pillowcase I have a very minimally filled pillow. I made this easily using an inexpensive Walmart zippered pillowcase and $2 pillow insert. Since then I wake up pain free.
