I loved this pillow so much I shared it on our cervical surgery Facebook group.
My neck used to hurt the most when I woke up in the morning. Problem solved! I LOVE this pillow! I put this pillow roll under the pillowcase. On top of the pillowcase I have a very minimally filled pillow. I made this easily using an inexpensive Walmart zippered pillowcase and $2 pillow insert. Since then I wake up pain free. When I'm in pain during the day, this pillow helps me heal even if I rest on it for a few minutes. on a sun lounger or in the car. Bought two so I always have one on hand.
