Too soft to offer support.
Very disappointed in its softness. I've seen other reviewers mention it was solid which is what I need. I was using a rolled up towel that was quite firm and wanted to replace it with an actual real pillow and looked everywhere for one that was firm. I thought I found it but I was wrong. It also has an unpleasant odor that may disappear or air out after a few days. The picture shows the foam inside which I can squeeze even with arthritic hands. The nice thing about it is the pillowcase that comes with foam. This is just the right size for my rolled towel. I think I just paid $22 for a pillowcase.
