Great start but loses firmness quickly

I read reviews carefully before buying any products or services. This pillow got good reviews. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews about the "get flat quickly" pillow. Everything started great and gave me the support I needed for my neck. Surprisingly, it lost its solid quality in a matter of weeks. Now when I lie down the pillow is almost completely flat. I am so disappointed. My search for a longer lasting neck pillow begins again. I would not recommend this particular product.
