These bulbs are very bright just like regular LEDs of the same brand and will burn out regular bulbs. I installed them on a 2007 Jeep Cherokee for the high beams. They dazzle oncoming traffic, so be sure to turn them off when other people are around. I bought it because my girlfriend sometimes has to drive at speeds of up to 100 km/h on unlit back roads and she is far away from everything, except for the deer of course. I think that's the only time she might use them, we used that brand's weaker LEDs for low beam and they're almost as bright as the old high beam anyway so they're rarely used. Bulbs NO fan blade guards, not a problem for most people, but if you ever stick your finger in this thing while it's on, oops. I mean for the money they charge you they could protect them, their cheaper model has one. But they have great lights.
