Great product for managing clients remotely
The ability to create an online platform that is user friendly and allows our customers access from anywhere in the world without having to be physically at their desk or office! I dislike how we had to learn as we went along when creating this system - would have been helpful if there was some sort of guide available before going live so it didn't take months after implementation to figure out what all worked where etc. However once you get your head around things then its great! This has allowed us to build up customer confidence over time which benefits both them & ourselves since they can now see exactly whats happening throughtout the day.
Pros
- We implemented with minimal disruption for staff but very high productivity gains, increased revenue through new client sales resulting directly back into more work being created each year within existing clients accounts; easy set up/use (even by non IT literate users) across multiple devices including tablets / iPhone's
