Works with AFOs. NB is the only brand I've found (other than at specialty stores that sell heavy/chunky shoes for this purpose) that seems able to accommodate their wider AFOs. We have had these shoes for two months now. and stay well I have a child who has a bit of toe drag and these shoes still look great. The price was right and delivery was quick.
