I am very disappointed in this patch. It looked ok paired with a leather chair (not a perfect color match but there were other options that could have been better). Unfortunately, it comes off after about a week - starting with the corners, which I rounded off with scissors to avoid this problem. The band-aid was high on the back of the chair, not where there was much pressure on it. I wanted to get a refund but apparently the only option is to remove the patch to send it back. I didn't want to do that to the chair (and leave a big spot of sticky, melting glue), so it looks like like I'm stuck in it. Which, when you think about it, is ironic.
