Sleeves were 1 inch longer than expected when received. Other reviews pointed out that the robe shrinks a bit with washing, so I washed it in hot water (and dried it separately). The sleeves are now the length I like. Drying the bathrobe separately after the first wash was suggested in one of the reviews. That was good advice, the lint filter was almost full.
