I was so sensitive it hurt to rinse my mouth out with cold water after brushing my teeth. When I went from using Crest to using Sensodyne regularly for my entire life, I was very pleased. I no longer feel any sensitivity while using this toothpaste. It's amazing and it really works. I didn't care about the whitening effect, I just wanted one brand and it was available at a good price. I really can't tell if it whitens my teeth or not, but I still use the prescribed teeth whitening system. The main thing is that it really removes the sensitivity.
