Must for a newborn! If you don't swaddle too long or your baby doesn't like it, they're perfect. I live in the mountains, cabin life, we just open the windows in the summer and it's perfect for sleeping. This fleece isn't overly thick or plush, but it makes a great addition to a nightgown or long-sleeved romper. It's very easy to sneak up on a child even in a dream! Or easy access for a quick diaper change in the middle of the night. Hooray for a sleeping happy baby!
