Don't buy, read.

Cleaner end with a black rubber tip that cuts through the twisted wire that forms the center. The way the twisted wire is cut before the black rubber stopper is fitted leaves a sharp edge that cuts through the rubber tip. This leaves a knife-like blade open to your good expensive wheels. BIG DESIGN FAILURE.
