I added stars because of this company's incredible customer service. They really try to improve their product by listening to positive and not so great reviews. Sorry I didn't like this glass cutter. I had a hard time using it because of all the adjustments it required due to the length and size of our bottles. I'm thinking of trying a vertical cutter or taking the time to build my own jig. The main issue I had was that the bottle wouldn't lay flat when cut and wobbled, resulting in missing areas and slightly wavy cut areas which was very frustrating when it wasn't supposed to. I'm a jeweler who works with metal and also has experience with wood, so I don't think it was user error.
