With the onset of cold weather I wanted to invest in some decent pajamas and they fit the bill. The material is very soft and feels comfortable. I have a chest size of 46 inches and took XL which is almost tight but not tight. I wish the pajamas were a little looser but they are still comfortable to sleep in. The pants also fit my 36" waist and the length is ok for me (32" inseam). If you are in "smaller than normal" sizes you may need to go up or down for a fit, although I would recommend focusing on the shirt rather than the pants as the pants can be hemmed if she is too long.
