The size is small but the material is very soft for a comfortable fit
I bought them to swim when fishing on flat, rocky coasts and rivers. It had good support and traction but don't try to walk on rocks with algae or moss as you will still slip. Look for felt-soled shoes if that's your case. But they work great for me.
