You are big. I actually returned them and bought a set of Equate knee pads from Wal-Mart for about $6 for running and track and field. These fit better and had the same support as these. If you are looking for something for weightlifting I would recommend the Strengthshop Knee Pads. I have the heavy lift version of the Thor and love it. I've had them for about 2 years now and they work well.
