I have several of these knee pads with the red logo. However, this is NOT the product you will receive. The one sent has a black logo with a red "M" that has no real support. I spoke to an Amazon SVC customer and they are outraged by the sleeves and assured me it was the one with the red logo. However, this is not the case. I am sending them back because they are too thin for my purposes.

Works very well. I'm 5-11 years old, my shoes are a size 13, my waist is 36 and I weigh around 214-219 pounds depending on the day. You are big. I actually returned them and bought a set of Equate knee pads from Wal-Mart for about $6 for running and track and field. These fit better and had the same support as these. If you are looking for something for weightlifting I would recommend the Strengthshop Knee Pads. I have the heavy lift version of the Thor and love it. Really good thick material, the quality is way better than expected! I used it while doing housework the day I got it and it helped a lot with knee pain after days of constant jogging/jogging. After that I used it for daily running and although it helped with my knee pain I couldn't bring myself to run as fast as I normally do with other knee pads. This knee pad falls short when it comes to support and comfort goes. The material gets itchy when it gets wet (usually during exercise) and not only leaves you dissatisfied with your workout but also with your purchase decision. Unfortunately you cannot return a used knee brace, but I would encourage future buyers to do some research. It can be ok for very minimal activity like walking, but even for light support for something like hiking (half the reason it was bought) this brace won't wear. I

Used McDavid orthoses, Mueller orthoses, cheap knee orthoses. Cheap at first, eventually enlightened and thrown them all away, they glued a beautiful frame ring to their skin. I found the McDavid 501 Knee Brace to be the perfect support for my arthritic knees and very good stable support for night climbs. You don't need a weak knee.
