This knee pad falls short when it comes to support and comfort goes. The material gets itchy when it gets wet (usually during exercise) and not only leaves you dissatisfied with your workout but also with your purchase decision. Unfortunately you cannot return a used knee brace, but I would encourage future buyers to do some research. It can be ok for very minimal activity like walking, but even for light support for something like hiking (half the reason it was bought) this brace won't wear. I don't have chronic knee problems, I have a knee that starts to hurt after a few hours of light to moderate activity and this brace is uncomfortable and itchy and not the support you would expect.
