Really good thick material, the quality is way better than expected! I used it while doing housework the day I got it and it helped a lot with knee pain after days of constant jogging/jogging. After that I used it for daily running and although it helped with my knee pain I couldn't bring myself to run as fast as I normally do with other knee pads. It was too thick for me to run and was starting to jam under my knees, so I knocked off the star. I still like to wear it around the house to help my knees recover. I had to buy 2 as it is only sold as 1 knee pad. For the price it is worth paying attention to the quality of the material.
