My dog has decided that my new couch will be her new accident site. First, I bought products at the pet store that would help get rid of stains and odors. They seemed to work, but not really. Then I decided to try baking soda "home remedies" and actually ruined my couch. My next step was to call a professional. They called me $250-350. So I did a little research and watched some YouTube videos and found this amazing guy for a small price and figured I'll probably need him again in the future if my dog decides he's mad at me and it want to tell me. 2 days later I had it at my house and I was so happy to use it (I'm getting old). I followed the directions, pre-treated the stains and, Saint Bissell, loved it. The thing is pressing. I have recommended them to anyone who works with pets. Very easy to use, smells nice, small and portable.
