Just received this item. Have a long history of toenail fungus and have used a dremel tool for years. I am impressed that the standard heads that come with the Utilyze offer considerable precision, convenience and safety and are far superior to Dremel tools, toenail clippers, nail files etc. Using this device requires some skill and is not very helpful with the current instructions. . I was able to find some information on YouTube and I'm sure my ability to use this device will improve with more practice. I strongly encourage Utilyze to eventually create a more informative guide on how to use their product and if possible a basic video.
