3 year old good, a little big

My son prefers rubber boots to crocodiles when he plays with water in the backyard and in the garden because of his high instep. He chose these from the options I showed him on the internet and he likes them. Worn every day and it's actually nice that it's slightly lower for spring/summer weather. I accidentally ordered 8 and it fits him. Other boots are now 8.5/9 so they run a bit big but I think most wellies are like that.
