The shoe looks good but it fits like I'm an ugly stepsister trying to put on a glass slipper.

Bought my size because the TOM website says it fits. I can't even put my foot in the shoe. The width is okay, but the elastic where the "tongue" meets the rest of the shoe doesn't flex. It's unfortunate because this is the second couple the same thing has happened to from this company (TOM, not Zappos).
