I bought a similar product (different brand) about 6 years ago and I use it regularly. The old one still works perfectly, but I thought it was time to replace it with the new one. And the price was a bit high for my liking but I justified it as a long term purchase so I was willing to pay more for a quality product. Shipping via Prime was fast. No complaints about that at all. However, the product itself feels flimsy and cheap. My 6 year old is a bit heavier and my old one's feathers are tighter so he can grab the smallest hairs pretty effectively. such poor quality, especially at its current price of $13. I'm incredibly disappointed. I want to buy something else. Too bad I ripped open the packaging and threw it away so I can't even return it. So advice to other buyers: The price does not correspond to the quality, feel and performance of this item. It doesn't get along with all the little hairs, just the big ones.
