Nice product for my opinion
The only downfall is the cleaning. The blades are not dishwasher safe and hand washing the inside of a grater is a little tedious. It can do a whole pound of cheese in less than five minutes and is extremely convenient for using fresh blocks instead of buying shredded. It has attachments to do veggies. Overall great buy for the wife.
- Very nice product works perfect for grading all kind of cheeses other veggies and fruits.
- May need to be sharpened periodically
