It is very flexible because it allows us to easily customize our reporting according to our needs or business requirements without getting into technical issues related with data extraction / manipulation etc. The tool itself has some minor glitches that need immediate attention but nothing major. I would say go ahead if you are looking out something which will help your organisation grow by providing better insights as well as improve overall performance at workplace level. We have been able to find different problems/issues within short span just through this software along with its ability to provide more detailed analysis. This gives an opportunity to identify weak areas so we could work upon them accordingly.
