This product was recommended to us by an "organic beautician". Spray lightly on face as needed when feeling dry or tired. However, use this at least twice a day. I clean my face, toner, Spritz Derma Boost Minerals, wait for it to sink in, then apply serums and moisturizer. Nice. A great way to start and end the day. And the product is CLEAN. organic purity.
