Great customer service and hosting services for small business
The dashboard looks great! You see exactly what you want right away when entering into any section (billing information).
I love how easy they make creating new pages/subdomains using HTML5 templates - super simple process compared other hosts we've used at past jobs where there was tons o' steps involved getting set up correctly etc.. We have found them very helpful answering questions about our website as well providing support over chat or phone whenever needed which has been essential during this pandemic situation due too work from home requirements.
Pros
- Their support is great and we're able to get resolutions quickly!
Cons
- So far my one big issue with them is the prices it's a little too expensive for a new company we've not had any issues with this host though and we'll persevere with it until we need to switch to a different host
