I was disappointed with the overall quality and functionality of this product. It looks very cheap and doesn't really work as I expected. With FM and a 300ft spec, it's more like a Bluetooth device, more like 30ft or so. When I turn a corner or change rooms, I get reduced volume and some dead zones or disconnects, even in direct line of sight. Also, sometimes I lose stereo and only hear mono, ie just one ear; not mono from both ears. Basically fine. For the money there are definitely better alternatives. I'll keep trying to get it working as advertised. By the way, I should mention that I studied power line theory in the US Navy and in the civil service. I was also involved in the deployment of ATSC 8 VSB Digital Transmission Over the Air (OTA). I am familiar with broadcasting standards and specifications and antenna designs based on frequency and isotropic radiation patterns. It really works, it just doesn't live up to my expectations based on the product description. I hope this comment will help you in your future projects.
