My lights suddenly stopped working less than 2 months after my purchase. The customer service team was EXTREMELY responsive and kind. They gave me a choice of refund or replacement. I chose replacement because I really wanted good quality lights and they stood behind their product. My new set arrived a few days later and I’m so happy! I liked the charging dock that came with the Galaxy Watch. It held the watch at an angle so you could see at a glance how much of a charge you had and how much longer it was going to take. The dock that comes with the newer watch models points the screen straight up so you have to stand directly over it to see the screen. First time I used the crossbars with kayaks after having them installed on my vehicle for a month or so. While I was transporting my kayaks (total weight 106 lbs between the two kayaks), one of the crossbars brackets that hooks on to the rail snapped going about 35 mph. The entire crossbar, j-hooks, and kayaks went flying off the vehicle into the road. The cross bars and j-hooks were installed properly per the instructions and the kayaks were securely fastened. I swapped out the bottoms for a swim skirt b/c I have an apple body shape and a skirt won’t accentuate my big tummy & small hips. These are soft, cozy socks. I had hoped the wool in them would keep my feet dry throughout the day (I am mostly inside in my office). However, they do not. I wish I could love them because they're so comfortable. But they don't work for what I was hoping.
