Mostly good henna. I use it to color my 3% gray roots black. I found it works fine but not with their instructions. I mix the henna the night before and apply it to the roots, cover with a plastic and wool cap and sleep with it all night. Then make indigo in the same way. I have found that warming up with a hair dryer also helps a lot. The henna needs to sit for at least 4 hours or more, and the same goes for indigo to allow it to soak in (and the more you reapply every month, the more indigo penetrates your hair). as long as you dye the roots every month.) **Bonus - I've suffered from psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis for over 20 years, use cheap cardboard dye and go to the salon. After 6 months of henna and no coloring my scalp was almost 99% dandruff free, completely cleansed. I wish I knew I've been allergic to chemicals all these years.
