I like the ability to create multiple tabs for different tasks or projects. It's easy to make changes/additions to your documents if needed at any time during the process. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine which document you are currently working in when you have more than one open at once. This could easily be resolved by adding some sort of icon next to each file tab so it would be obvious which was active without having to scroll back through all files in order to find out what you were looking at previously. In addition to being able to track everything in a single place using this software we also benefit from its email notification feature as well as the automatic reminder notifications.
