This was a good solution for a 3 gang switch, 2 toggle switches, 1 rest light we have in the bathroom. I was looking for a switch that could do this and the only one I could find in an off-white shade was $8 with $5 additional shipping. This fits in the existing 3 seat 3 toggle cover we had. The only issue I had was that the two screw holes above and below the switch cover were smaller than the screws I had. I solved this problem by using a drill to match the holes on the pad and widening the holes on this adapter. I don't know what happened in that bathroom that third never had a switch, but this little adapter keeps me from seeing the tangle of wires in the electrical box.
