The ability to have everything stored together in one easy to see dashboard!

The ability of being able to see what each individual item in my store sells, as well has where it's sold from within one dashboard/website makes things much easier! I can't think about anything that could be improved other than maybe some more flexibility regarding when we're updated? If you are looking at automating your business then this tool will help reduce errors & save time by having everything stored together under 1 roof - no need anymore going back through spreadsheets or emails etc.. The best part of using alloy was getting my orders from our customers, processed in real time! It has been great working through this software because it really saved us tons of money by doing so. I would like that they could have more options as far as adding new features or items but overall we are satisfied. We had never used any type of order management system before but once we got started everything went smoothly and everyone loves how easy it makes ordering products online very simple!

  • Ability for me personally with ease
  • Great customer service team if ever there is an issue.
  • Easeof usefor both myself&my staff members alike
  • Very user friendly interface which allows anyone who doesn’t know computer science background easily learn all functions without difficulty
Cons
  • Sometimes not too many different product colors available
  • A bit expensive price wise
