Best platform for managing inventory and automating purchasing

The ease of use, the fact that it's scalable across multiple platforms, the customer support team. It's not great at finding inventory issues in real time, but they have great tools for alerting you when something goes wrong. If you're looking to automate your inventory management, this is the way to go. You can do so much more with this platform than just inventory management. We've been able to build out our internal processes as well as our external fulfillment process. I like that it's…

Excellent platform for ordering products

The customer support team at alloy has been extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! I have had multiple questions throughout my integration process that they were able to answer quickly and thoroughly without any hesitation or confusion. They are always willing to help out in whatever way possible. There isn't anything I dislike about this product as of yet. It's easy to use and very intuitive when it comes to integrating into our online store. We've seen great results so…

The ability of being able to see what each individual item in my store sells, as well has where it's sold from within one dashboard/website makes things much easier! I can't think about anything that could be improved other than maybe some more flexibility regarding when we're updated? If you are looking at automating your business then this tool will help reduce errors & save time by having everything stored together under 1 roof - no need anymore going back through spreadsheets or emails etc…
