It seems to work, just need to learn how to use it
My orthopedist mentioned the scraper tool because my arm has always felt 100% better after physical therapy. When I received this in the mail, I tried to mimic the same movements my therapist used on her as Graston did. However, the next day I had severe pain in that area. I think I was too aggressive. However, the tool is quite heavy, feels good in the hand, and will probably help once I figure out how to use it properly. The purchase also included a beautiful jade face roller.
