I'm so tired of suction cups falling in the sink or getting in the way when you want to wash the pot etc. I hate wet sponges too so love them Scrubbing dads lips. But that's part of the resistance. The sponge is always handy, dries up after each use, lasts longer and most importantly the thing didn't move. It's been a little over a month but I have high hopes for this baby! UPDATE: It's been 6 months and it's fallen off the sink twice, a few months ago for the first time and again last week. All I did was carefully clean the spot it was in and clean the suction cups and let them air dry completely. Then when I put it back on it stuck like a charm again. So maybe clean well and try again, it's in the sink after all, the dirt should return there.
