For instance, if you're an insurance agent and want to create a new policy, it asks for customer details (name, address etc) which would normally be collected via a phonecall, instead of collecting these details directly from the client. Also the system requires you to enter in your personal details before allowing you to logon to the website, which may put off potential clients. However, once logged on the system allows you to perform tasks such as adding a vehicle, changing a vehicle's status, entering in expenses, entering in mileage, tracking the location of vehicles and even calculating the annual value of your fleet! This system also provides information regarding any unpaid invoices or outstanding finance payments. You can export your records to excel for analysis purposes. This system is quite easy to use and requires minimal training. There are also a number of useful reports and dashboards that can be generated from the system. Although there are many areas that could be improved upon, this system does provide many functions that are usually only found in high end software packages.
