Just received this item. I recently returned a comparable device due to comfort issues. I'm trying this level of product because I couldn't muster the energy to spend over $150 on a Jaybird device that seems to be a much more affordable alternative. The product was well packaged, comes with wings and headphones in 3 different sizes and a charging cable. The product appears to be of much higher quality than the actual price. Straight out of the box the comfort is fantastic with the "ear flaps" which I have never used before. They fit securely and feel comparable to the standard iPhone headphones that come with the phone. Being able to connect to 2 devices is very important. I use this device primarily in my home office, where I often alternate between listening to music while I work and taking calls from clients when they come in. With this device, I can seamlessly switch from using my phone to being on mute. my laptop and vice versa. The call tone is ok which gave me 4 vs 5 starts but interestingly the sound of the music is very good. Nice bass notes for a headphone type device and not much noise distortion. While I don't really listen at high volumes (see above for my main use), I can run them outside and see how they perform. I will update the review over the weeks. Battery life results in remaining 4 stars or up to 3.
