This is a good product for the price you pay. The stand can be tilted but not raised/lowered. Picture quality is good and viewing angles are pretty good. All in all, a decent monitor for the price. The biggest point of criticism is the power supply. It's an external power supply, which isn't a bad thing per se, but the power supply is a plug-in brick. This means you need to make sure you have room for the rather large power supply that can be plugged into your strip/wall/surge protector. I ended up using a mini extender to be able to get it out of the way. Note: It actually has a protective screen that is not easy to remove.
